Exchange and Return
You can return or exchange your purchase under the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase
- All returns are accepted in the original packaging
- Items must be returned unused, not altered or washed, with no signs of damage
- All tags must remain in place.
Returns that are damaged, contaminated or without the original labels or packaging will not be accepted.
In case of delivery by mail, returns and exchanges will be made at the expense of the customer.
